We only accept full payment and we can only hold your reservation for 24 hours. The system will release the reservation automatically if no payment is received within that time.

Cancellations are non-refundable. If you wish to change the reservation date while availability at the property is still possible, that can be done. Should the new date already have a new rate, then you will require to pay the difference.
If you need help during your stay, you can ask through the WhatsApp group. Even if it’s over the operational hour, we will still be mobile until 9 PM, but you will be expecting a slower response. In case there is any urgency, we will help and assist you as good as we can.
Therefore, if there is any issue that can cause your inconvenience, please kindly tell us in detail. Our team will try our best that we can to solve and find the solution to overcome it, except for the continuous maintenance or the case that occurs in the middle of the night and requires a technician.

Our team will send you the address through the WhatsApp group that we created for you, to ease the communication between you and our team during the stay. For detailed information to be in touch with us, please ask us through a message from the OTA that you booked from or direct to our reservation.
Airport transfer is not included with the booking, but we can help you to order an airport transfer from our vendor if you are interested, simply inform us of your details.
For individual units, our team will stand by the villa upon the check-in time from 2 PM until 5 PM. If you are going to have a late check-in, which is over the operational hour, our team will assist you to do self check-in with guidance that will be sent through WhatsApp group.
For multiple units, there will be our team standing by the villa for 24 hours. Feel free to come anytime, but it will be better if you confirm to our team first the estimated time you will arrive, so they can prepare to assist you before your arrival.
When you stay with us in the individual villa, our team will be available on the operational hour from 9 AM – 5 PM daily. If you have any inquiries regarding facilities, any complaint or need something in request that we could help, you can kindly ask us through the group. Our team will be mobile and stand by during the operational hour.
However, on the multiple unit our team will stand by 24 hours, so no need to worry if you need help. Same as the previous system, you just have to communicate your inquiries through the group and our team will come to your room.
