Standard Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in: 14:00 Bali Time on the day of arrival.

Check-out: 12:00 Bali Time the day of departure.

Extended Stay Policy

Late check-out (12:00–18:00): Subject to availability and an additional charge of 50% of the agreed room rate.

Late check-out beyond 18:00 : Charged as a full additional night's stay.

Special Restrictions

Check-out on December 31st is not permitted.

Check-in and check-out on March 29-31, 2025 (Nyepi/Silent Day) are strictly not permitted.

Safety Deposit

A safety deposit equivalent to 10% of the total booking cost will be collected upon arrival.

The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no incidentals or damages.

Overbooking Case

In Case of Overbooking – We've Got You Covered. If your booking is accidentally overbooked, don’t worry — you’ll receive a full refund.

Our reservations team will reach out promptly to offer alternative stays at a similar rate and with matching facilities in other locations under our property management, based on availability and your preference. If you'd still like to stay with us, we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you prefer not to proceed with the alternatives, your refund will be processed immediately. Please kindly note, for payments made via credit or debit card, the refund may take approximately 3-7 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.
